A minute's silence was held at St Day Community Centre last week in memory of Michelle Pascoe who was killed in a road accident on Goonhilly Downs.
Mrs Pascoe, from Falmouth, was a regular bingo player at the community hall and had donated many prizes for the venue's charity sessions over the years.
The occasion was the handing over of a cheque for £1,000 to Nick Rigg, of Cornwall's Air Ambulance, bringing the amount they have raised over the past five years at the club to more than £3,000.
The bingo club is a non-profit making organisation with upwards of 80 members who regularly travelfrom as far afield as Falmouth, Helston and Redruth to take part in the weekly sessions.
