RESIDENTS in the French Weir area of Taunton will be given an idea of proposed improvements to their park this weekend.
Draft development ideas will be on display during the French Weir Park open day from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, September 10.
Also on show will be information on the history of the park, its wildlife, the Vision for Taunton and illustrations of how the park could look in the future.
There are free circus skills workshops, ice creams, music, part of Taunton Deane Parks' gold medal exhibit from Taunton Flower Show and boats moored on the river by Somerset Navigators Boat Club.
