A WEST Somerset archery club is targeting visually impaired people to become members.
The Bowmen of Danesfield, based at Danesfield Middle School, Williton, has been handed a £2,000 grant to buy special bows for wheelchair users, and tactile sighting aids for visually impaired archers.
The specialist equipment will allow archers to be taught to a level where they can compete at regional tournaments.
