HISTORIC sites in West Somerset are throwing open their doors as part of a country-wide celebration of architecture, history and culture.
Cleeve Abbey, Washford, Orchard Wyndham, Williton and Simonsbath Sawmill will be open free of charge to people who want to know about where people lived and worked in days gone by, as part of Heritage Open Days, run by English Heritage and the Civic Trust.
For times of opening see this week's West Somerset edition of the County Gazette.
