POLICE investigating an indecent assault along the canal path at Creech St Michael on Saturday (September 3) are trying to trace three women seen picking blackberries in the area.
Officrs involved in the case say the women were seen there before and after the assault took place at around 3pm.
They ae eager to speak to the women, as they may be able to provide valuable information in the case.
Earlier this week police released a photofit of the man believed to have carried out the attack, which happened on the Taunton and Bridgwater canal towpath.
