People at Pulsford Lodge, were able to take part in a 'Flexercise' class, with the aim of encouraging them to be more active.
National Falls Awareness Day is run buy Help the Aged, who are determined to get people more motivated and active in old age.
Pulsford Lodge is run under Taunton-based Somerset Care.
