TAUNTON-BORN celebrity and millionaire Deborah Meaden was being filmed in the town centre yesterday (Wednesday) as part of a new TV show to hit the screens in October.
Celebrity Antiques Roadtrip, which will feature on BBC 2 around October 17, sees celebrities battle it out against one another to make the most profit at auction.
Meaden was up against fellow Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis, as the pair, helped by antique experts Mark Stacey and Thomas Plant, hope to claim bragging rights over each other when the antiques head to Crewkerne Auction House later this month.
