A CONCERT to raise money for CLIC Sargent is being held tomorrow (Sunday) with two outstanding young musicians, currently in their ‘gap year’, performing.
Tenor Oliver Kelham and soprano Lucy Bray are both winners of the Two Moors Young Musicians’ Platform award, and have just completed a tour with the celebrated Oxford chamber choir, Schola Cantorum.
Oliver was also a recent winner of the Singers’ category in the National Rotary Young Musicians’ Competition.
The performance, in Taunton School Chapel, starts at 11.30am and will raise money for the charity which helps children with cancer.
The pair are joined by Mark Cracknell with a guest appearance from their teacher, Alison Kettlewell.
Coffee and cakes will be served prior the concert at 11am in the Old Library.
Tickets cost £8 for adults and £5 for students with under- 12s free.
