More than 1,000 potholes repaired on Somerset's roads in June
MORE than 60 potholes were repaired on Somerset's roads every working day last month, according to figures from Travel Somerset.
The county council filled in a total of 1,299 potholes in June, equating to an aberage 63 repaior jobs each working days.
Figures show the number of repairs were:
- 403 between June 6 and 9;
- 278 between June 13 and 17;
- 326 between June 20 and 24;
- and 292 between June 27 and July 1.
