CONGRATULATIONS to Jill Paul a stalwart member at Taunton and Pickeridge Golf Club who has been appointed as the new President of Somerset Senior Ladies, after being elected at the AGM.
At the same meeting Jill was presented with the Somerset County Senior Ladies Golf Association Club Shield, the first time that T&P have won it.
Many congratulations to Theresa Dowsett, Corrine Lyon Marlene Ewens, Katy Davies, Marlene Ewens, Margaret Blackaller and Jill who have all played their part in this achievement
Following on from the success of the T&P members golfing trip to Spain earlier this autumn the club’s PGA Professional Jason Avery has arranged an an all-inclusive golf holiday to Morocco staying at the 4* Iberostar Club Palmeraie in Marrakech.
The trip which includes 7 nights with 5 rounds on 3 different courses, coaching sessions and plenty of fun formats with prizes included!
