THIS weekend sees Minehead make two particularly difficult away trips to teams currently above them in the Somerset County Premier League table.
Firstly, on Saturday, the Blues travel to Bristol to play second-placed Shirehampton, then the return leg of the West Somerset derby sees the Blues on duty at Watchet Town’s Memorial Ground at 3pm on Easter Monday.
Minehead will be looking to avenge a 2-0 defeat inflicted on them when the two clubs met under lights at Irnham Road back in early March.
This weekend, the Reserves have another home fixture, this time against Westonzoyland, who are currently two points behind them in fifth position, but with three games in hand.
To have a realistic chance of a remaining above their visitors for the rest of the season, three points will be essential.
