WELLINGTON have appointed Lee Waddon as head coach for next season.
Waddon comes to Wellington with an exceptional track record both as a player and coach.
As a player he was a much-respected second row forward and his clubs included Bristol, Clifton, Taunton and Wellington.
He made his mark as a coach with the successful Taunton side of a few years ago and coached them through to the National Leagues.
His most recent coaching appointment was at Minehead Barbarians.
Waddon said: “I'm really excited and honoured to be appointed head coach at such a fantastic club like Wellington.”
Meanwhile the club issued a public vote of thanks to thank Ted Keeble, Allyn Chetland and Matt Parsons for all the work they have put in this year.
