THE 30th Longrun Meadow parkrun attracted a record entry of 256 runners and 103 personal bests.
These included regulars Andy Fitzavon (24m 3s), Jerome Timbrell (21m 27s), Louise Mills (27m 56s), Anthony White (24m 35s), Christine Walton 28m 2s), Daniel Fowler 22m 18s), Helen Maxton (28m 32s), and Ella Hockey (26m 59s).
There were 16 runners aged ten or under including Harriet Adams and Maddiline Whitemore who set pbs of 44m 46s and 28m 8s respectively and seven runners aged 70 or over including Pat Pike of Running Forever Running Club who set a best of 33m 33s.
First woman home was again Hannah Taunton of Taunton AC in a pb of 18m 58s.
Second was Maree Jesson in 19m 58s with Jessica Brown of Taunton AC taking third place in 20m 23s.
First man home was Dan Clarke of Taunton AC in a best of 16m 39s. Joseph Fender came in second in 18m 6s and Sam White of The Peacock Firm took third place in 18m 33s.
