TAUNTON are holding an Armed Forces Day this Saturday when Titans host Dorking at 3pm.
Titans manager Keith Brooking said: “Taunton Rugby would like to invite all the Armed Forces to the game with free entry for themselves and their spouse, on production of their MOD Form 90 or as a Veteran a Veterans badge.
“Taunton Rugby Club has proud links with 40 Commando based in our county town.
“We have enjoyed the services of their personnel throughout the years playing for every senior team from the Titans down to the ever-social Thirds.
“Our relationship with the Armed Forces has grown from strength to strength with our now-annual charity game against the Royal Logistics Corp and the recent successful South-West Invitational XV vs Royal Navy fixture at Hyde Park.
“We are honoured to dedicate our game to the members of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.”
