KING'S Hall School, Taunton, maintained their success on the hockey field when their Under-9s girls beat Millfield 2-0 in the final of their latest tournament.
King’s were unbeaten in the pool rounds, setting up a semi-final with Blundell’s After a hard fought 0-0 in normal time the game went to extra time, and then had to be decided on ‘penalty shuffles’.
King’s dominated the final, with neither of their goalkeepers – who took turns between the posts – required to touch the ball.
