Somerset County League Division 2 (W): Creech St Michael 1, Langford Rovers 3.
CREECH started the season in disappointing fashion as they went down at home to Langford Rovers.
And the hosts could have little complain about the result as they were second best to Langford in most areas of the game.
The visitors dominated the first half but fell behind against the run of play when Sean Bresnahan drilled a shot into the bottom corner from 25 yards out.
Langford levelled after the break with a cross that looped over keeper Dan Symons and into the far corner.
Creech found themselves behind with 15 minutes left and Langford made sure of the points with a third goal five minutes from time.
Creech are without a game this Saturday and travel to play Congresbury the following weekend.
