TAUNTON St Andrew's Saints compete for a place in the grand final of the national North Gear Twenty20 Cup on Sunday when they travel to Bedminster CC for the regional final.
Saints take on Weston-super-Mare Seagulls in their semi at 12.45pm and, if successful, play the winner of the Cheltenham Chargers and Bridgwater Red Sox tie in the final at 4pm.
The winning team will go through to the four-team grand final, set to be screened live on Sky on Sunday, September 30, at Kent's St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury.
The eventual winner will earn £5,000 in prizemoney.
Saints' skipper Kevin Parsons could be back in the side for Sunday's event at Bedminster. He broke a finger earlier in the season but hopes to prove his fitness playing for the club's 2nd XI on Saturday.
The Saints side will also feature Kevin's twin and Somerset all-rounder Keith.
