OVER recent weeks a number of players currently playing for the Taunton Warriors have been putting in strong performances and putting their name in the hat to represent the Titans.
The Taunton Warriors act as the Titans second team where young players ply their trade or first team regulars get back to fitness after an injury.
In the latest game for the Warriors there were some statement performances made by a lot of players for Taunton RFC.
For starters, Alex Rodd who recovering from sickness still put on the shirt and gave his all for the Warriors.
Also returning from injury was Henry Webb and Nick Mason who showed those touches of class in the centre.
Harry Wright and Sam Knott who were helping that powerhouse of the front row looked strong in their game while young Jo Atkins was against very experienced props and looked good.
And finally praise must go to the latest and newest recruit Alex Spurdle who had to play the full eighty minutes at number 8 which exemplifies the first statement of fitness.
Surely some selection headaches for Titans head coach Tony Yapp, but of course, a great problem to have.
