WEATHER and pitch conditions permitting, Taunton Town are set to return to Wordsworth Drive this weekend as they host Maidstone United.
The match kicks off at 3pm on Saturday, February 17 and will provide a tough challenge for the Peacocks as the visitors currently sit in fourth place.
Taunton will have the benefit of a week off after their match on Tuesday was postponed, however there is still some niggling injuries within the squad.
Nat Jarvis, Ollie Chamberlain and Zac Smith are still recovering from knocks picked up in recent weeks.
When the two sides met earlier in the season, the match ended in a 1-1 thanks to a goal from captain Nick Grimes in the 86th minute.
A point this time round would be a good result for Taunton however with the current outlook of the squad it will be a tough battle against an in form Maidstone.
Currently there is more rain forecast before the match on Saturday though so whether this game goes ahead remains to be seen.
