FOOTBALL fans in Taunton can watch England facing Spain in the Euro 2024 final on the big screen at Somerset County Cricket Club.

The club said that on Sunday, July 14, entry to watch the game live on the pitch will be free.

A message published on Somerset County Cricket Club’s website read:

"It couldn’t be coming home, could it?

“England face Spain in the final of UEFA Euro 2024 on Sunday evening and we will be showing the full match on the big screen scoreboard on Gimblett’s Hill.

“Entry to the match will be free of charge.

“Join us on the pitch at the Cooper Associates County Ground to enjoy all the action as England look to secure their first major tournament triumph since 1966.”

The message also said: “Free entry. Jack White Gates open at 7pm for an 8pm kick-off.

“Food and drink available to purchase.

“Somerset County Cricket Club request that all spectators are respectful of the playing surface.

“Chairs will not be permitted into the venue. Bag searches will be carried out upon entry.

“Spectators may not bring their own food and drink into the venue. No dogs.

“In the event of adverse weather, the screening will be switched to the Fan Village.”
