Taunton Town go into their second home game of the season looking to get their first win against Sholing.

Their opponents come from Southampton and this is their second season at the level since earning promotion by winning a play off against Hamworthy United.

So far this season they started off with a win at Swindon Supermarine but then lost 3-0 at home to Totton. On Saturday (August 17) they got their first home win of the season.

Taunton are still searching for their first victory of the season, having drawn 3-3 at home to Gloucester City and been beaten on the road by Poole and Hungerford.

Taunton’s next game after Sholing comes fast, with a trip to fellow Somerset side Frome Town on Bank Holiday Monday afternoon.
