North Devon 1s showed why they are top of the league as they put Minehead Ladies to the sword at Barnstaple on Saturday.
The hosts quickly took charge of the game.
But despite North Devon's dominance, Minehead’s Hannah Sparks, stepping in as goalkeeper, made several impressive saves.
However, by half-time, the score was 4-1 in favour of the hosts, with Minehead's single goal coming from Amy, who scored after a short corner.
In the second half, although Minehead had a few chances to score, including some short corners, they failed to add to their tally.
Despite a strong effort from Minehead's defence and tireless work from their midfielders, North Devon scored five more goals in the second half.
The match ended with North Devon coming out resounding 9-1 winners.
Hannah Sparks was named the Positive Aims player of the match.
Minehead Ladies next play at home on November 2 against Taunton Vale 4s.
