WELLINGTON manager Kevin Evans is close to deciding on his squad for the first Toolstation League Division One game of the season at Portishead next Saturday (August 12). This Saturday, Wellington travel to play County League Division One side Westland Utd in their final friendly.
"Our preparations have been good and I've got a good idea of what my squad will be for the first game," he said.
"I've been impressed with the players that have come over and everything is progressing well.
"We have been getting stronger with every friendly we have played and I was delighted with 1-1 draw at Barnstaple last Thursday."
