SOMERSET were finally able to get among Nottinghamshire's batsmen this morning as the damp weather finally abated on day three of their County Championship match at the County Ground.
At lunch Notts were 148-8, Graeme Swann falling to Gemaal Hussain on the last ball before lunch.
To date only Notts skipper Chris Read has put up much resistance, scoring 52 from 76 balls.
Hussain has taken 3-31 and Thomas 3-25 while debutant Abdur Rehman's figures are 1-15 from six overs.
