Taunton Bowling Club bowlers lost all three Somerset County League matches this week, taking only four points from the 36 available.
The A side lost away on all three rinks to bottom club Victoria A (WSM) by 16 shots, slipping back into the relegation zone of the Premier League, the score being 45-61.
The B side did win on two of the three rinks away to Wellington B but wins by the rinks skipped by Brian Underwood and Graham Warburton were insufficient to win the game lost by 16 shots (52-68). The C team also failed to take a home point from Watchet B thus allowing them to knock Taunton B off the top spot in the South West 1 league.
Three of the weeks four scheduled friendly games were either postponed or cancelled, leaving the Rhonda Vets tourists as the only game played that resulted in a Taunton win by nine shots (104-95).
