TAUNTON Town hit the Wembley trail on Saturday when they travel to play Paulton Rovers in the FA Cup Preliminary Round, kick-off 3pm.
Town have enjoyed little recent success in the country's most prestigious cup competition, having not advanced beyond the First Qualifying round for six years, and will face a tricky tie at league rivals Paulton who reached the First Round Proper three years ago before losing to Norwich City.
The club have spaces available on the team coach for supporters who wish to attend the game. The fare is £7 return and for those who wish to book a seat, please ring the office on 01823 254909 or email admin@tauntontown.com.
Should the tie end in a draw, the replay will be at Wordsworth Drive on Tuesday evening (28 August), kick-off 7.45pm.
A replay would also mean Town's eagerly-awaited scheduled Evo-Stik League game at Tiverton Town on Bank Holiday Monday afternoon (ko 3pm) would be postponed.
