THE Taunton Area of Somerset CCC have organised a Christmas Lunch followed by Christmas Carols on Thursday, December 6 starting at noon with tickets costing £20.
This is a regular and popular event which has been held for many years.
A traditional Christmas lunch is followed by the singing of Christmas carols, which many feel is the start to their Christmas celebrations.
Tickets are available from the main office in the Andy Caddick Pavilion,or by calling Mary Elworthy on 01823-400679.
Last year the Taunton Area raised £9,000 which was handed over to Somerset CCC to go towards a hover cover at the County Ground.
Area secretary Mary Elworthy said: "We would like to thanks everybody for their wonderful support last season - it was fantastic and we look forward to welcoming them along to our events during the coming year."
